Purchase terms

1. Seller

The seller is UAB Sanus Axis, company code 306370244, VAT code LT100016532313, registered at A. Tumėno g. 4, LT-01109 Vilnius, Lithuania. Phone +370 684 94 777, email [email protected].

These terms apply to anyone buying gift vouchers on sanusaxis.lt (the Buyer). By ticking the box in the cart, the Buyer confirms they have read and accept them.

2. Vouchers on sale

• Initial consultation – €70;
• Comprehensive treatment visit – €90;
• Package of 3 comprehensive treatment visits – €270;
• Voucher for a chosen amount – €30 to €500.

A voucher is an electronic document with a unique code that entitles the holder to Sanus Axis clinic services up to its value.

3. Ordering

1. On the Gift vouchers page, choose a voucher, enter who it is for and, if you like, a message.
2. Click “Add to cart”. You can add several vouchers, change quantities or remove them.
3. In the cart, enter your name, email and phone, choose a payment method and confirm that you accept these terms.
4. Choose a payment method and click “Place order”. The contract is concluded when payment is received.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include all applicable taxes. You can pay in two ways:

• By bank transfer – after you order, the bank details and order number (to quote as the payment reference) are shown and emailed to you. Please pay within 7 days, otherwise the order is cancelled.
• At the clinic – visit the clinic at A. Tumėno g. 4, Vilnius, during opening hours, give your order number and pay by cash or card.

An invoice is emailed together with the voucher. For a company invoice, enter the company name and code in the cart.

5. Delivery

For bank transfers, the voucher is emailed as a PDF within 1 business day of the payment arriving. If you pay at the clinic, you get the voucher on the spot. If a transfer-paid voucher hasn't arrived within 2 business days, check your spam folder or write to [email protected]. A printed voucher in a gift envelope can be collected free of charge at the clinic during opening hours.

6. Validity and use

• A voucher is valid for 6 months from the payment date, as shown on the voucher.
• Give the voucher code when booking online or by phone.
• If a service costs less than the voucher value, the balance can be used for later visits until the voucher expires. If it costs more, the difference is paid at the clinic.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. They can be passed on to another person.
• If you lose a voucher, we will restore its code using the order number or the Buyer's email.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

A Buyer who is a consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of payment without giving a reason (Article 6.228¹⁰ of the Civil Code of Lithuania), provided the voucher has not been used.

1. Email [email protected] with the order number or voucher code.
2. We refund the payment within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the account it was paid from, free of charge.
3. Once refunded, the voucher code is cancelled.
4. The unused balance of a partly used voucher is refunded if notice is given within 14 days of payment.
5. After the 14-day period, vouchers are not refundable but can be used until they expire.

If you find a mistake on a voucher (wrong amount, name or date), let us know and we will correct and resend it.

8. Personal data

We process the Buyer's name, email and phone only to fulfil the order, send the voucher and invoice, and for accounting, in line with the GDPR.

9. Disputes

We aim to resolve disputes by agreement – write to [email protected] and we will reply within 14 days. Otherwise, consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr. Lithuanian law applies.
